No. You have the entire apartment to yourself.  It is a self catering apartment with all the amenities.  You manage your holiday home.  However, we live in the second apartment downstairs so should you need any assistance, feel free to knock on our door or send us a whatsapp message.

Since the apartment is self catering we do not generally provide meals.  However, we would be most happy to do so at your request.  We provide an in-house menu from which you can choose and our prices are very reasonable.  Remember however, if you book Gravills vacation Rental through this, our website for your St Lucia holiday, we will provide your first meal as advertised.

We are 15.3 km (9.5 miles), a maximum of 15 minutes drive away from Hewanorra International airport.  We are 45 km (28 miles), a maximum 1-hour drive from George F L Charles Airport in Castries.

Yes, we can pick you up from the airport and drop you off when your vacation is over.  We charge US$25.00.per trip.

Our local currency is the Eastern Caribbean Dollar.  The fixed conversion rate is $2.67 to US$1.00.  It is not possible to give the British Pound's conversion rate because of the Pound's fluctuation.

Yes, We do accept card payments. You can book your holiday home rental via our website using your debit or credit card. However, while we prefer cash payment on the premises, we also accept card payment. We do our best to accommodate you. 

Credit and debit cards are accepted at all major business places.  The smaller businesses only accept cash. 

Yes, you can. The US$ is widely accepted on the Island. However, most business places will give EC$2.50 to US$1.00 compared to the banks' rate of EC$2.67.

Yes, Five minutes or less drive from the apartment.
From the apartment, make a left turn onto the Tirocher high road. You will come across the speed bump located at the Tirocher School junction. Drive slowly. On the left, you will come across a dirt road less than 1 minute away (first turning). You may park your vehicle and ask anyone for Mary's shop.

If you have no luck with Mary, continue driving up the Tirocher high road. Drive past the Multi-purpose and the Tirocher Health Centers. There is a bus shelter at the entrance to the Health Center. Slow down and ask anyone for Lyndon / Amigo's shop. From this point, you can see the shop on the right side of the road.

Jennie from London England stayed in December of 2018.  She wrote in her review, "All you need is your food, clothes and money!" Well, I'd say don't forget your beach slippers, a hat, loose cotton clothing, insect repellent and sunglasses.

If we have a back-to-back booking, meaning, a new guest has reserved the apartment on the day of your departure, we will be unable to extend the checkout time. If we do not have a new reservation, we would extend your checkout for up to one hour free of charge. For an extension of up to 5 pm, the charge would be 50% of the daily rate. Anytime after that, it becomes a new booking.

How To Get to Massy Supermarket from Hewanorra International Airport
 
Upon arriving at Hewanorra Airport, you may wish to proceed to the supermarket to pick up some items before heading home. Well, that’s easy. Massy Supermarket on New Dock Road is less than five minutes from the airport. Their opening times are as follows:
 
Monday to Thursday: 7 am – 8 pm
Friday to Saturday: 7 am - 9 pm
Sunday: 7 am – 1 pm
 
How to get there:
 

1. Upon exiting Hewanorra International airport, you will arrive at the intersection on the Vieux-Fort highway, where you will be seeing the Rubis Petrol Station opposite. Make a right turn.

2. Continue driving parallel to the airport and along the seafront. You will come to the four-track concrete road.

3. The four-track concrete road eventually ends on a single asphalt road. Drive towards the roundabout.

4. Turn right at the roundabout, and you will be on New Dock Road.

5. Massy Supermarket is about one minute drive from the roundabout. Once you get to the pedestrian crossing, indicate to turn right into Massy’s car park.

6. You are free to park anywhere in the vicinity if there is no space in the car park.

Where to Get a Meal Upon Arrival before Coming to the Apartment?

3. Along the left side of the concrete road is Sandy Beach.

4. Indicate to turn left. Drive into the entrance of Sandy Beach. Sandy Beach is where you will find:

• Island Breeze Restaurant and
• The Reef Beach Cafe.

No need to bring one along we provide a power converter.

We don’t do the tours, but we can arrange them Island-wide for you through our Agent. After you have booked your vacation rental, let us know about your itinerary if you want us to make your reservations. We will either send you the details or pass them on to you upon your arrival. We do not charge you for this service.
